Filthy Phil released this tape in 1992 while he was on the run from the FBI. He was shown on America's Most Wanted for shooting and killing a police officer. The tape doesnt have a barcode so I'm guessing he only released a limited amount of these tapes to local records around the Bay Area.

This is the same guy who released the "Consequences" and "The Manhunt" tapes in the early 90's. He released this album in the year 2002 but for some reason he quickly pulled all the remaining copies off store shelves and retired from the rap game.
