Filthy Phil - The Manhunt (1992)Filthy Phil released this tape in 1992 while he was on the run from the FBI. He was shown on America's Most Wanted for shooting and killing a police officer. The tape doesnt have a barcode so I'm guessing he only released a limited amount of these tapes to local records around the Bay Area.
